I provide individual counseling, peer support groups, and parent education from an Adlerian perspective, which is integrative, strengths based, and change oriented.

Counseling topics we might address include stress, anxiety, self-doubt, conflict, loss, painful relationships, parenting, academic careers, and expat experiences.

I am particularly interested in helping clients use their work lives as a window on their relationships and potential for growth. Drawing on my own experience in academic settings, in addition to individual counseling, I provide tailored programs for primary and secondary schools, university departments, and research centers.

Because thoughtful parenting is the key to launching young people who can meet the tasks of life, I coach parents as a certified Positive Discipline parent educator, through online workshops and one-on-one sessions.
